Venting My mom threatened to 911 on me for not getting out of bed before 11am

This asshole has never even been to a psych ward, has no clue how awful it is. What a narcissistic and manipulative tactic.

I want her out of my apartment. I'm 25 and the lease is in my name, not co-signed by her or anything. I'm so tempted to turn it around on her and call the police for her trespassing on my place but I feel like that'll just make things worse.

In the US, unless she physically asaaults you, you won't be able to get out just by calling. Getting someone to move of one apartment is hard even if they not on the lease. I would try to talk calm and maybe convincing her that you don't need her in your house. If not then you guys will have to go to court.

Quasi-suicide watch basically. Had a rough court hearing on Monday and she wanted to make sure I'm ok for a week before leaving.

She threatened either not to or take me with her but she ended up leaving after a long conversation last night, because it was "the only way to get [her] daughter back".
