she went through my drawing notebook while i was away and found my vent art and old suicide note there.

when i got back she talked to me about it but she wasn't mad. she didn't cry. she was calm which i preferred. i really hope she'll not talk or bring it up again but even tho im still kinda overthinking it. i really want her not to think differently about me. my mental heaths better now.

Be calm about it, it can be a great opportunity to talk about it, especially with your mother (even more so if she raised you) because suicide is not just for nothing, for example, in my family we all have depressive and aggressive traits due to to the parents, when you realize it, you understand it, being able to act in a different way
