A two weeks ago I had my first failed attempt with SN, I took 10g with 50mg of water. Prior to that I fasted for 5 hours (I guess that's not long enough) Cause I had a terrible diarrhea afterwards and had cold chills for hours. For the next couple of hours after that, I felt nausea and heard a huge noise roaming around, I eventually felt asleep and hoping not to wake up but when I woke up I still felt really dizzy, had to drink water and ate some food to "expel" SN in my body. The hours after that there's still a discoloration in my skin, especially my lips, it was blue / gray. Anyways, I wanted to do it again but maybe this time with Metoclopramide or some kind of antiemetics that would help.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to obtain it cause when I talked to my doctors on the phone last week, he prescribed me Zofran instead. I am guessing I can't go to the doctor again for antiemetics. I am worried that I would throw up without taking any antiemetics, not too sure what to do now.

10mg was way too little. Minimum should be 15, recommended amount on this site is 20-25g.

Use the search for SN successes and failures, there are two threads that have gathered the anecdotes from this site. That should give you some guidance, especially about mistakes to avoid. The meto will encourage the SN to pass more quickly from the stomach to the digestive tract, it may or may not stop vomiting. But with the appropriate dose, it should work even if you vomit and aren't rescued.

SN isnt my preferred method, but I am pretty sure you didn't take anywhere near the amount required....

There's an alarming tendency lately to misread/misreport mg when g are meant. I presume @Justrying means s/he took 10g, not 10mg.

10g isn't enough either but it's in the correct dimension.

One thing i wondered about sn method was how people still pass away after vomiting. My basic logic was that your body is rejecting the poison and would puke it out. Any clarification would be appreciated. Thanks

In the anecdotal accounts, I don't recall that anyone vomited immediately, it was several minutes after taking it. Perhaps enough of the SN gets absorbed.

I'm hoping it will, at the very least I'm fairly confident it'll be enough to greatly reduce any possible stomach pain, so that if I do throw up I'll more easily be able to down another glass, or keep the SN down for long enough where I absorb enough to die

I had bad stomach pain reacting to a new dosage of medication in a hospital once, and was given an anti-nausea pill to help alleviate it, and the pain like totally vanished-- I've asked around since and I think it was Zofran

I had a totally empty stomach for the other pills though which I'm sure contributed to the stomach pain a lot, and I also realize there could almost definitely be way way worse stomach pain out there so who knows
