My DSL package is likely stuck at US customs

20 days, no update. I called USPS who told me that this likely means it is stuck on customs, but they have no visibility into it and no way to request information. He told me I would receive a customs notice in 45 days if so.

LLM tells me that supposedly there's a way to contact them via cbp.gov but I'm a bit nervous about creating an active paper trail. LLM *also* thinks that the package isn't stuck, it's just routine slowness, so who knows.

I will say, I've had a package confiscated at customs last year, replica clothing from China, so I wonder if my address is flagged.

Anyway, let me know if anyone else has gone through this.

I also just filled in a missing mail form. I put that it contained "curing salt" and I put a fake email in for the sender. Maybe I'm an idiot. Who knows.

Same situation as you, same exact dates even haha. I've never ordered anything out of the ordinary before, and other users seemed to have gotten theirs, so I've been thinking I just got unlucky. Here's hoping either of us get any updates.

I just ended up reordering, we'll see if my choice was stupid too lol

heya! i'm having an issue with my sn being stuck at ukraine customs (abt 10 days has passed since it went in) did it end up showing? i can see u got ur sn eventually, was it the reorder or stuck in customs one? ^^'sorry for the questions! not much on here rn regarding sn stuck in customs

Transferred for storage? I've never seen that from international shipping before. It's ridiculous there's any issue with buying this product when it's not illegal.

I thought Ukraine had no problems getting that stuff out of their borders. I mean if it's stuck there, will it get stuck bad when it reaches Canada?

Couldn't tell you, unfortunately. I don't know how he labels his packages, or if they're all similar so they're easy to catch. I don't have any answers at all.

No worries! There have still been no updates since March 10th on the first package. The second order was the one that arrived. The differences between my first and second package were that the first was 100g with no express shipping, and the second was just 50g with the express. I'm not sure if the amount was what mattered to customs, but I figured it could be useful information to have.

He got back to me he thinks it was stopped in Ukrainian customs, he may send out another. I think there is a crackdown going on, he wanted me to set up a PO Box but I can't go that for certain reasons

Oh there's definitely a crackdown going on. There's been some interesting changes to the website, like shipping protection now being required. First it was optional express delivery, then it was optional shipping protection, now shipping protection is mandatory. Some of the product descriptions also changed with more protective language added, and the email used to pay via gift card is also a different email. This paired with customs holding packages, and all the welfare checks (primarily in the U.K) screams that the walls are closing in and he's in hot water. 2026 has brought with it the prosecution of Miles Cross and the trial of Kenneth Law, both former sellers of SN, and I wouldn't be surprised if DSL is not far behind them

I agree. I'm glad I got some from MIC as well. I suspect he knows he can't get it to. Canada but took the money anyways
