It's an ssri, I dont know much about how the mechanisms in the drugs work, but know that quetiapine has been known to cause death and coma.

Seroquel needs more than 700mg if you're going to go that route

Thank you, how much would you suggest for a lethal dose? I only get 700mg a week on a weekly prescription so will need to stockpile

i'm unsure of the interactions etc. but found this which could be informative - "from our case, it seems that vortioxetine overdose at 250 mg (12 times the common daily dose) showed no signs or symptoms resulting from the exposure suggesting a good safety in overdose."

I took about 1200mg and even that wasn't enough it's not a pretty way to go out and it might make you puke w/o those thingys people are talking about. Check the methods

gotcha, serotonin syndrome is a hell of a way to go mate. id look into the mechanisms of your plan and be reasonably certain of its success before putting it into action

Thank you! Have you got any good resources to learn about the mechanisms at all?

internet. not to say that they are to be fully trusted if at all but sites ending in dot gov and dot edu will likely be more reliable. wikipedia has good information too written in a way more accessible for the layperson than to read studies directly

People can be on a daily dose of more than 700 mg of Seroquel. I don't think it's good for ODing. I'm not sure about the combination.

Yeah you don't want Serotonin Syndrome. It's a bitch. I had it several years ago and thought I was losing my mind. Was in the hospital for 4 days. It is not comfortable at all.
With the dosages you listed, you won't do anything. Seroquel can be maxed out at 750mg a day in some people. Not sue about Trentillix. But it's an SSRI so you are at risk for serotonin syndrome and that shit is no joke. It causes seizures, fever and hyperactive reflexes as well as hallucinations.

It's hard to overdose as a means to ctb. Most of the time it doesn't work and can just cause issues landing you in the hospital. I think if you really wanted to go by that means fentanyl would be your best bet.
