I know people probably get sick of reading the same posts of people's plan over and over again. However due to the nature of my learning disabilities I find it difficult to focus and plan correctly. I would really appreciate even just one person reading over the post to make sure I'm not missing anything.

1hr to CTB - 1g of paracetamol + 500mg of Ibuprofen

45 mins to CTB - 15mg of zopiclone + 25/50 mg of quetiapine (currently on 7.5mg zopiclone and 25mg quetiapine and want to insure I fall asleep)

30 mins to CTB - 30mg of milk of magnesia (I'm not entirely sure if this is the correct dosage I'm hoping it will specify on the label)

05 mins to CTB - take two spoonfuls of honey/golden syrup then numb mouth with Anbesol and mix drink

00 mins to CTB drink 25g of SN in 50ml of water

I think this covers everything. This is as much as a written down functioning plan for me as much as it is getting advice.
Thanks in advance and sorry for the same old posts...there not really elsewhere to get feedback.

It looks like it would work, I just think the one thing some people might discourage against is the honey/golden syrup...potentially. And I understand the learning disability for sure after getting my brain injury. Just ignore the people that might jump on you.

Only problem I see is falling asleep before the SN. I would take the quetiapine but not the zopiclone. Quetiapine acts as an antiemetic. Leave the zopiclone for later.

I've considered that about falling asleep with my regimen. My backup is that if I do, when I wake up and am still groggy, I'll take the SN then. I'll already have the mix in a sealed bottle. Just a thought for OP if there aren't any time constraints.

Pre-mixed? This is the first I've heard of it. Seems risky ....

I've seen something else about premixing the solution. Can't remember the 1/2 life of it though. I think it was recommend NOT to keep it in anything metal though

Have it timed for mixing close to taking it, backup mix in a sealed bottle. I'm not worried about it. But could also pre-measure the SN, pour it into a medicine bottle, then add to pre-measured water when ready.

That's what I'm planning to do (3 of them).

To OP: I wish you a safe and quick exit, and of course, peace. Best wishes.

Will a glass bottle with a rubber clasp thing work for storing the SN for 12-24 hrs?

Thanks it's nice to know some people are in the same position. I can skip the honey it was only to help with the taste, but hopefully numbing it will be enough.

Thank you all for your help and kind words! This community is supportive and amazing!

There is a benzocaine solution that I know numbs up your throat/ mouth, it might help but I really don't know, I'd like to avoid the uncomfortablilty of the burning sensation

If you want to go the non-numbing route (because the taste can be bad), there are other rinses that form a protective barrier in you mouth like "GUM Rinsinol", it protects against burning and doesn't really taste like anything. It's for mouth sores and stuff like that.

The more I think about it, the more my thoughts turn against pre-measuring because of this unknown. I would think that a glass bottle with a rubber clasp thing would be ideal, actually.

I hope so, it will be my backup anyway if I throw up
