My 48 hour regime. Tomorrow i will CTB

Let me know if you see any flaws in my plan. I will CTB in a shed nearby.

After I post this I will grab a duffle bag and put these things in it: rope, sn test kit, SN, some extra AE, tagamet, digital scale, spoon for scooping SN, 4 water bottles, 1 cup, blankets, pillow.

Day 1 (today)

- start fasting

- (8am) take one 25mg tablet of dramamine

- (4pm) take one 25mg tablet of dramamine

- (12am) take one 25mg tablet of dramamine

Day 2

- (8am) take two 25mg tablets of dramamine with high blood pressure med

-(6pm) take two 36mg tablets of Zofran

- (35 mins before ctb) take 800 mg of tagamet

-(20 mins before ctb) take the rest of Zofraon

- (unknown time) make two cups of 15-25 grams of SN (after testing SN)

- (unknown time) drink SN

-(talk to SS)

Plan on having one small meal today. Im very overweight and eat way more than I should. I feel like 48 hour fast+ 1 small meal should be good for someone my size.

I don't mean to be rude, but OP has started CTB process. If he succeeds, today and tomorrow would be his last days on earth. Does he really need to PM members and answer questions?! this was a concern mentioned in user suggestion forum as well.

I'll do a similar plan in my CTB but I'll use either metoclopramide or domperidone.
metoclopramide is usually the recommended AE. PPeH recommends metoclopramide.

I'd only use dramamine as an AE if I wasn't able to find metoclopramide or domperidone.

I also suggest that you take a bucket or pail with you, if available. Despite taking an anti-emetic, you are likely to throw up after drinking the SN. If this happens, you can puke into the bucket in order to avoid making a mess around yourself.

It's sad that it had to come to this. Whatever happens tomorrow, I wish you the best. I hope you get to experience the peace you deserve.

how's your fast going? what blood pressure med are you taking and how much?

so you know, ondansetron is a 5HT3 antagonist, and dimenhydrinate works on muscarinic and histamine receptors - both are useless for D2 receptor-mediated nausea. SN ingestion causes D2 nausea IIRC.

other antiemetics (unsure of their mechanism of action) include ginger (eating/drinking and smelling it), isopropanol (sniffing the swabs - don't go huffing an entire bottle of that shit lmao), and peppermint but don't quote me on that one.

No, the recommended fasting is much less than 48hrs. I chose to fast for a long time because I'm extremely overweight and eat a lot.
