Right now I keep going back to Spiegel im Spiegel by Arvo Part. It's minimalist piano and violin melody. I always prefer that over overly optimistic or poppy stuff, I just find it much more grounding

minimalistic melodies can be lovely too. there's always something soothing about them. i've been listening to morgan fisher's flower music quite a lot, myself.
