This song keeps playing in my head.


I'm not so good at talking about music, but I think what really draws me to it is the emotion I hear in it. The steady beat in the background reminds me of courage and determination, almost like the steadiness of a calm heart beat. The synth melody that plays over top kind of reminds me of a violin and it reminds me of doubt. Of the noise that fills your head with thoughts of you're not strong enough or you will fail. And then the piano/keyboard parts remind me of those sobering moments that temper the fear and remind you to press on. So altogether, to me, the song embodies the internal struggle we face as our own inner critics.
