i'm too lazy to go after the link but crystal clear by hayley williams
first of all i'm super obsessed with paramore + her solo work. now, for this song i like the analogy of water for relationships. sometimes when you jump on water impulsively it will feel hard and you will get hurt. but the song talks about not wanting to give in to the fear even after situations like these. this ties up so well with dead horse when she talks about being held underwater by a relationship that you feel stuck into. the instrumentals are sooo good aswell, "crystal clear" is obviously used with two meanings but everything about this song makes me feel like i'm looking at a huge waterfall with very clear water.
i have a major fear of getting close to people and talking to them, so this also explains why i like the song so much. listening to it always makes me feel more positive. it's a beautiful song :3
