NBA Youngboy sampled this song in one of my favorite tunes from him, and I've come to really appreciate the fact that I was able to discover this song through that. The lyrics, the rhythm, and the level of vocal proficiency shown by the singer are all excellent. The song's apparently about the despair that emerges from domestic abuse, though many of its lyrics are so general that they could relate to any matter of terrible strife and suffering, so I thought many of you might appreciate it for that reason, too. Just very beautiful, vulnerable stuff from this lady.
