Any jazz people on here? I suppose this is a whole album, but it's meant to be experienced as one big thing. What I love about this album is that it takes everything your ear thinks it knows about jazz and turns that knowledge on its head. Constant harmonic surprises, common licks cropping up in strange new ways, and bold use of dissonance combine to make this album one-of-a-kind. I particularly enjoy the start of track B and the end of track C, but there's a lot to take in here. If you've never heard of Mingus before, welcome to his crazy world.

I love this song because it's aggressive nature. I love black metal. I found it in 2008 after a psychopath who I thought loved me screwed me over. I listened to a lot of "angry" music to try and mask the pain. I still love black metal.

Not my fave song, but BURZUM are great if you're in the mood for it. Have you heard Weakling? So good.
