It seems all movies with suicide scenes have the hangman's noose when they hang themselves, I can't help but chuckle with seeing the goofy nooses they crafted 12 loops and all. But joking aside, do they do this on purpose, using the wrong noose for the job to prevent hanging suicides but keep the main character plot development, I understand historical scenes with the long drop or short drop but modern? I don't know something to talk about to pass the time

No I think it just looks a lot more dramatic and that's it.
