I know the peaceful pill handbook already has section on this but I would like to see what other members of the forum had to think on this topic. What are the most deadly drug cocktails? Other than N of course. I really just want to take something and drift off onto unconscious, but a moderate amount of pain is totally tolerable. Name any combination you could think of.

I thought I would list a few I already know about for those who anyone who hasn't read this section of the handbook.

1) The 3-Drug Protocol:
Involves Morphine Sulphate, Chloral Hydrate, and Phenobarbital; where are all drugs that are pretty common available.
20 grams of Chloral Hydrate
20 grams of Phenobarbital
3 grams of Morphine Sulphate

2) The 4-Drug Protocol:
This method works better than the 3-Drug Protocol for the reason that it includes a sedative (a benzodiazepine known as Valium).
l]
500 grams of morphine
500 grams of Valium
2grams of Propanolo
25 grams of Digoxin

3) Propoxyphene:
A pain reliever medication. If taken with a oxazepam, a benzodiazepine, it will provide peaceful ctb.
10 grams of dextropropoxyphene
10 or more moderately long-acting sleeping tablets of oxazepam

Oxazepam are prescribed for prescription for insomnia. In my country, you can talk to a doctor over chat and get a prescription for something like that silly. It's just $50 and then bam. I would recommend looking into this if you live in Northern America.

All of these methods require drugs that aren't very common, but if you have access to them, you are in luck

There is a suicide methods book put together by some physicians and researchers[1] in 2008. It is called Informatie over Zorgvuldige Levensbeëindiging ("Information about Careful Termination of Life").[2]

Among other things, it covers:
  • Opiates
  • Chloroquine
  • Antidepressants
  • Barbiturates
In some cases it mentions other drugs such as anti-emetics and sleeping pills that can be taken along with them. I'm not sure it really discusses how deadly each method is though.

You may find a PDF of it if you search for the Dutch title.

If, like me, you don't speak Dutch, you may be able to translate the PDF into English with Google Translate: https://translate.google.com/#view=home&op=translate&sl=auto&tl=en . Use the "Documents" tab for a full translation.

Wikibooks has a page that involves some cocktail ideas: https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Suicide/Toxification. As it's a wiki with some unsourced claims, I wouldn't necessarily rely on that information too heavily.

Fentanyl/fentanyl analogues
Personally I'd mix them with a strong hypnotic benzo with an extreme half life like Flubromazolam.

Thank you for this, @Science Is Scary! I will definitely take a read through these. Great resource

Although, I want to state that I have personally lost interest in a majority of drug-cocktails to due to the lack of availability of some of these drugs. I mean, if I was a pharmacist or even just had access to a large scale of pharmaceuticals, I would having a lot of fun with these methods.

Designer benzos tend to concern me based on the fact that they don't have a lot of research done on them. I just have this feeling that they could have the potential to ruin a peaceful CTB. But, I could be wrong, I've never tested them before
