You are more likely to turn yourself into BBQ Anakin than anything else, so unless that you want to become extra crispy I would advise against such a course of action.

If the car has no catalytic converter you can attach a hose to the exhaust and run it into the car through the window, carbon monoxide is a deadly gas.

I will merely say that just in having a car you have like three more options than a lot of people on this forum. And two of those are better than firecrackers in the fuel tank. It's not a race, friend.

Just light the seats on fire. The fumes from all the plastic and material will knock you out quicker than waiting for a gas tank that's gonna go out. Fire needs oxygen to spread and when gas explodes, it's usually in a empty metal tank.

You'll wish they charged you. You're just gonna get slapped with a fine for disposing of hazardous materials and billed for the cleanup and your baker act visit.

Like others said, you'll just get a small fire and nothing would end up happening due to the tank's lack of oxygen. An easy example is what happens when you put a lit candle in a glass, the fire just fizzles out
