I carry rot inside me
I'm only a beautiful face and in a sea of momentary connections it's bursting through my ribs burning through every sinew of my being.
If I'm an always numb why hasn't my heart gotten the memo
Will I have to rip it still thumbing from my chest to know peace?
Will the substance an abuse take this from me.
