Help monero and drughub

spent like an hour learning how to decrypt pgp messages just to create an account on drughub just for windows security to block monero download even though i specifically created an exception for it within windows security like the tutorials say to do. has anybody successfully gone through this whole agonizing process to be able to download monero on your pc and buy the stuff you need? plz help im desperate!!!!!!!!
