Help Mom almost saw my cuts on my wrist!

Ive been cutting and finally someone noticed but she thought it was a bruise from a quick look and tried to get me to show her my wrist but i just lied and said it was the stray cats I play with outside before running off since my dad got home! How to hide without anyone noticing?? I alreadly cut on parts nobody ever noticed. Don't need them seeing it now. Help!
I think im just going to lay off cutting for a while till they heal. The thought of my mom getting pissed and telling all her friends horrified me lol...

Back when I was cutting myself constantly, I mostly used higher arm parts which were hidden under normal t-shirts. Wearing long sleeve t-shirts also helps. You can also use concealer if scar isn't brand new

Ok thanks! They're still kinda new since I did cut last night next to all my other ones...probably will have to buy longer sleeves if I keep this up ngl. Ill look on Amazon.

That's the way probably. If you ever need to go out in summer, that's like the only way not to attract shitton of attention or being incredibly hot

For me I wear long sleeved shirts or hoodies basically all the time which my family was concerned about for a while but eventually they got used to it, I have an excuse though since I hate showing skin and I usually keep it cold in my room so it doesn't seem out of place.
One person I know would actually do it on their legs instead of their arms since that was more often covered anyway but obviously that doesn't help with existing cuts in other places.
But both of those kinda depend on the temperatures where you live or it just gets way too uncomfortable.
