I guess its about 50% very accurate, 50% way off base.
The only "personality profile" that fits me accurately is High-Functioning Autistic so personality tests designed for neurotypicals are never an accurate measure of how I think or feel. Every question just feels stupid.
"your mood changes quickly."
Well it depends on what is happening to me/around me. If I'm having a pretty good day then some shitbag attacks me, yeah, my mood can change quickly. Moods are a response to external stimulus and environment, anybody's mood can "change quickly" depending on what is happening to them.
Every question was like that.
"It is easy for me to talk to people."
It is, and it's also extraordinarily stressful. It's stressful because people hate me and I don't like them much either, but it's easy now because I no longer give a fuck about any of them. Saying yes makes me seem more sociable/likable than I am, saying no is inaccurate.
I talk to people very easily, because I'm just talking to myself in front of them... then I spend the rest of the day thinking they're a fucking lying idiot and mocking them, and how uncomfortable it was and how I shouldn't have talked to them.
So what's my answer?

Your answer is that this is an invalid test because the answers about the subject's personality are given by the subject. Conflict of interest.

Test is flawed because the people who designed it designed it that way, there's nothing wrong with the subject's answers, just the obtuse questions.
And trusting the perceptions of others for a personality assessment is bullshit too. Shrinks, for example, have zero ability to understand autistic thinking and when they misapply neurotypical motives to autistic behavior, the result is just stupid, and harms the patient.
I have always wanted to be alone and despised human interaction, yet I was conditioned through years of child abuse to fake interacting normally, and I fake pretty good when I try.
I told a shrink in a psych ward this, word for word.
Shrink told me she wouldn't speak with me again til I started interacting with other patients and seeming to feel better. Knowing I couldn't be released til she talked to me, I spent a day pretending to interact with other patients (i have conversations to exchange info not because I want to interact, I was mainly asking other patients about their experiences with the shrink).
She comes back and goes "So I see you're interacting, you must feel better."
I said, "no, I did that because you told me to. I already told you, I hate interacting, I just fake it when I have to. You told me to interact so I faked it. Nothing has changed. Why would I feel better? "

Her assessment: Fakes wanting to be alone in an effort to get more attention, craves as much human interaction as possible. Extremely manipulative and deceptive, plays games with people.

Which is bullshit. That bitch was playing a game with me when I was being honest with her. She demanded that I play along and I did because pleasing her was conditional for my release.
So now there's no point talking to any shrink at all because they see that in my records and assume I mean the opposite of every word I say.

Mental healthworkers are some of the most fucked up people on the planet.

INTJ, when I took it a few years ago. T/A balance was about 50-50.

The analysis of my personality was somewhat accurate back then (about 65% of the predictions lined up), but I'm pretty sure it's not so accurate now.

The time you spend by yourself often ends up being more interesting and satisfying than the time you spend with other people.

This is actually me....

I did this test couple of times for fun and each time had different result.

Not surprising for someone who has no personality XD

:O you like giving orders? Interesting result.

I don't the test is accurate 100% but it gives you an idea.

It's totally possible for me to have a job where I am good at what I do, Be admired by my coworkers and competitors, lead the company and subordinates towards goals, be well respected within my social group and community, have very little financial concerns and relationship issues yet still want to eat a bullet

I'm apparently an INTJ-T architect.
It nailed some of my traits quite well, that I'm a 100% shy, anxious introvert with a dark sense of humor and difficult to be friends with. IRL, at least.
It absolutely nailed my fashion sense, lol!
Insight of the Day

Architects are the most likely personality type to pick black and white as their favorite color combination for clothes.
I haven't read all of it, it's quite an extensive description. I'm going to say it's roughly 80% correct about my personality. This is quite an interesting quiz/questionnaire indeed.

I've been taking MBTI test multiple times before and been judged so far as ISTJ, ISTP, INTP and INTJ. If I had to pigeonhole myself without answering a multitude of ambiguous questions, I'd call for INTJ/INTP because I don't know the difference and they both ring a bell for me.
I have hard time explaining how I think and prone to "eureka" moments when the last puzzle piece forms the whole picture, literally vibrating (in the brain) from newfound integrity and things finally make sense... As if chaos would finally organize itself. And often I find myself detached from the present moment. Sounds like intuition working. Brings a lot of scattered thoughts together and I'm just saying "hi" really. (Primary function, I guess.)

And I systematically neglect basic needs, like eating and sleeping, despite knowing their importance for proper body functioning and that includes brain too since brain is part of the body. And I do rarely understand "what is good for me", detached from personal feelings and rely on mostly thinking as a sole guide through life. (Probably underdeveloped feeling and sensing.)

The helpful book said so.

What helpful book are you talking about?

Results here are very very interesting. Such a prevalence of N's. To me, N (Intuitive) versus S (Sensing) is one of the most interesting polarities. N's get their input primarily internally while S's get their input primarily externally. To me, it's sort of like an S looks at a compass to know true north, where as an N just knows it. In the population, I think that N's make up about 25%, so a relative minority, but they are hugely overpopulated here. I can't say I am really surprised, but I am surprised at the extent of the disparity.

In a way, it makes sense because if you are S, you are like most people--you conform to the norms of society. N's tend to make their own way a bit more.
