what is your method of choice?

what is the full composition of what you took? sounds like there may be more drugs on it than just metoclopramide.

as stated by PPH, sometimes one can settle for a second-line anti-emetic, like dimenhydrinate (100mg, taken 30 minutes before drinking the drug/poison), OR high-quality cannabis (smoked [not eaten], 5-10 minutes before drinking the poison/drug).

also, many have had success with methods like SN without taking any anti-emetic at all.
