Method Metoclopramide schedule before N

Since N can make you vomit, I want to be clear how to prevent that. Before taking the N, how much metoclopramide should be taken and on what schedule leading up to it? I would rather risk side effects than risk vomiting.

According to the PPeH on pg. 182, you can take a stat dose of 3 x 10mg 1 hour before ingesting N or 1 x 10mg 3 times per day, every 8 hours for 48-hrs before ingesting N.

what edition of the PPeH on page 182 does it say that .my oct edition says stat dose for N is 6x 10mg ???.

It is now 30mg (3 x 10mg tablets) 1 hour prior. This is on pages 181 / 182 of the May 2019 version. I will not upload a photo for privacy with metadata etc

You're very welcome. Maybe to decrease the risk of experiencing EPS.
