hi, wondering if anyone could point me to anywhere that I could get meto in Canada. I saw that athiestjoe (RIP) had offered to dm folks some info on this, however didn't get to ask him before he ctb'd, and I can't find the info anywhere. If anyone could help that would be much appreciated, I've already found DMC, just need meto.

If I can't find it, I could take quetiapine instead bc I'm prescribed. But it needs to be at a dose of 300mg+ to have the proper effects, and I'm only on 150mg a day currently.

Thanks in advance for any help.

See my thread about how I got it. Might not work for you depending on what province you're in though.

I'm also in QC so thank you v much. My only concern is that I'm already prescribed/take sertraline, which has an interaction with meto. If I go to a random pharmacy and don't tell them that I'm on sertraline/other meds, will they still prescribe it to me, or will they be able to see my other prescriptions if I give them my RAMQ card?

Hmm I'm guessing that could complicate things. Still worth a try though, the worst that can happen is that they refuse to give you meto. Even if that happens though, they still might be able to give you domperidone or some other dopamine antagonist antiemetic.

Thank you so, so much for the advice. Sorry to bother you with another question, but is there any good reason I can give that I want an AE that specifically is a dopamine antagonist?

IIRC when I went I just said I did some basic internet research and this class of AEs seems to the one that's recommended/works best for my symptoms. Just don't make it seem like you've done a deep dive into the research or anything because that might start to look suspicious.
