I know the ideal guide for taking SN.

2 years ago when I attempted I found meto was the hardest thing to aquire.

Was wondering if there have been any updates to the protocol in 2024 that have a protocol with a meto alternative that had been effective since I likely will not be able to aquire meto again.

I want to go as soon as possible a s soon as I find SN source.
Things are getting worse and I'm running out of money.
Can get propranolol, quetiapene, maybe benzos.

Can I make this work?

I don't know much about the protocol for SN since it wouldn't be the way I go, but I have seen someone on here who's going to use domperidone instead of meto! And meto seems easier to acquire since it's something people use in their HRT regimes
