Can someone give me advice? Is anyone able to message me please? I really need an opinion of what way I should end myself. I tried to hang myself in my garage making a loop by tying it to the pipes on the ceiling but it didn't work out well because I was able to maneuver myself out of the noose. I am using extension cord wire which also was very painful. I'm not sure if I can hang myself. And I live with family still I wouldn't want them to find me in the garage. The most painless and fastest way I thought of was jumping off a bridge into water. Does anyone have any advice?
Maybe I just don't know how to hang myself I don't know
