Just thinking about methods.

Top of my list at the minute is...

Heroin overdose while my neck is in a noose. Hopefully I can pass out from the overdose and hang at the same time.

What does everyone think?

Is a possibility, but there is the risk of backing out, the knot loosing somehow or depending if it is partial or full, just not doing it, dropping...
While being in an altered state might help, it also might not; only you know your reactions to it and how you would be affected by it and react when the time comes.

It might work, some people have tried overdoses with hanging before. I thought about it, and for me I will end up making a 100% commitment to one method to give it the best chance, and if it doesn't work, then try another.

I've thought about OD + hanging a lot, I'd like to see people's answers aswell.

If I were you Id study similar cases and how much did they take while OD. I dont think being on drugs would help with hanging though considering it needs some technique and precision. In the worst case you can hurt yourself and still be alive. The best methods are those that arent risky if you fail otherwise you might end up fucking your life way more.

Be careful with that. If you fail, might develop a nasty heroine habit. Especially if it's your first time. Shit feels like pure heaven first dose and you're definitely gonna want it again if you survive.

I have heard that one injecion can cause a heroin addiction, so this is a big risk if it fails. Can a person be sure what a lethal overdose of heroin would be? If it were me I would not use the heroin, but everyone can have their own opinion.

Maybe it could work- there as so many posts on this site about partial hanging failing, though.

One shot of dope will not make you an addict. Coming off of it you won't even feel sick. That happens after the second shot. :-)
