Venting Mention of romance makes me feel sick

Almost everytime I read something romantic or about a happy relationship in a book, see it mentioned on social media, on TV or whereever, I feel physically ill and in pain; it immediately ruins whatever mood I am in... does anyone relate and how do you deal with that?

I'm not even single, I'm in a relationship that is semi-happy; it's just lacking in the sexual department and I long for closeness & deeper connection...
It fucking sucks idk, I don't want to constantly be reminded of what I so deeply miss... we're working on it but for now it's just painful & idk if it'll ever get better

It's just a meme... kind of like an old school Chris Hansen; it was my go to joke when I was a kid & the internet was a little less serious
