The feeling of losing your mind of losing control no therapist can help me, there is not pill to cure my mind is worse than any drug i am alone in this

i always had mental problems thanks to them i had a bad life sadly nobody cares for people with mental problems

Yes, it sucks.
I used to have such hellish panic attacks! I hope not to experience them never ever again. Otherwise, I'll really end up in psych ward and die there.
