Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I have searched high and low for the meds that pph and final exit recommend. Impossible to get in my country. However they do mention tricyclic antidepressants, which is one of the meds I'm on. But yet the clinic is more concerned about the quetiapine I'm on. They won't give me more than 28 days worth. So I can only assume they would work as well. Up until early this year I was on chlorpromazine and I managed to get them to up my dose, so I could hoard them. (I took 300mg instead of 400mg that they gave me) so now I have almost 100 of those. For now I won't do anything. I can't do that to my mom. But I think about it on a daily basis, multiple times a day. I see the psychiatric sister again in July. Will try and get the meds upped then so I can hoard.
