• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Meditating enough up to the point where the default network mode which is in charge of the narrative self shuts the fuck off enough that there is simply this body moving by itself alone without the need of sustaining a useless narrative self filled with useless thoughts of trauma, hate, and the like.

This useless narrative self which starts every thought by "I" is simply trash, useless, a post-processing of the human brain, completely unnecessary for the normal functioning of the human body (See U.G Krishnamurti 'enlightenment' experience).

My theory is simply this: performing mental suicide by meditating enough so that suffering thoughts do not arise anymore because of the reduced activity of the default network mode. This stupid body doesn't need this stupid "I". U.G says in his own experience that his body functions by itself alone without the need of sustaining this useless puppet which is the narrative self.

I hope I can reach that 'state'.

Goodbye.

Good Luck. I have been trying for decades. I am 57 now and definitely have way less of an ego than most humans do. Also remember having "some" ego is necessary for human survival and decision-making.
