Method medicine SN combo

if I am able to get sn, what kind of medications would be good with?
antiemetic like Motilium (domperidone)
antiacid/ proton pump inhibitor like omeprazole or mylanta
diazepam (valium)
?
anything that I should or shouldnt add
should I be fasting for how long?
is ok if I smoke cannabis?
just brainsorming the best way for me...

Not related to meds, but I am considering using Helium as a narcotic – losing consciousness could be done with cheap balloon gas for as long as the valium kicks in. As long as you're not vomiting, SN will do the rest
