Help Measuring SN without scale

Hello friends..i wanted to know how can I measure sn using a tea spoon or anything common..I live in a third world country and I cant get a scale...thanks

4 teaspoons should be enough, make sure to prepare 2 glasses at the same time. Mix with minimal water so a quarter of a regular glass size should be enough, the consistency should be easily drinkable like very thin yoghurt.
