It is legitimate to think that, in normal times, it is impossible to prosecute one's parents for not having concentrated to be born.
Indeed, it is impossible to ask your child's permission to create it, since it does not yet exist, and the brain must be able to grow to have consciousness!
HOWEVER, it is always legitimate for a child to sue his parents, if the parents knew that they were going to procreate children with disabilities, being ugly, dwarfism, color blindness, etc!
It would also be legitimate for parents, children, families, etc. to sue society, religion, a country, doctors... if the parents were forced to procreate, or the doctors voluntarily concealed a disability from the parents for example!
Whatever the case, and because no one asked to be born, everyone has the right to CTB, to benefit from Euthanasia, Assisted Suicide, ... to die peacefully, without suffering, and to be helped by society, doctors (volunteers), relatives, associations,... to be surrounded by caring people at the time of death... and that these people are protected from all subsequent prosecution, that everything is legalized! This right should apply everywhere in the world!
The only barriers would be to ask for the discernment of the person, to ensure that there is no external pressure (such as an inheritance, interests, a way to get rid of, see a disguised crime), that his request is durable , despite the alternative solutions offered to the person. And for all people who want to live, do everything so that they can live with dignity, because, after all, if it is possible to "save lives" without forcing people to live, that's perfect! The pro-lifers are just criminal torturers in spite of themselves, pushing people to die out of despair and in atrocious suffering, or if they fail their CTB, expect forced internments (psychiatric hospital, and its share of torture, drugs, empty rooms, tied up) or prison!
What will these parents say, when their children ask them why they were born with dwarfism and the parents knew it? The question will be relevant when children will suffer discrimination, an unsuitable society, ban on driving vehicles, inability to access elevator buttons, stop buttons on buses, tall furniture, school bullying, rejections to jobs, rejections of love...
Since 2002, in France, and the "Perruche" affair, it has been forbidden to sue one's parents for the fact of being born! As a result, people born different, have no recourse or compensation, are condemned to live a shitty life, with a small allowance which will force them to live in poverty (especially in recent times of inflation)!
