Help making hanging easier

i'm trying to think of ways i could make hanging less painful. taking sleeping pills? huffing butane or nitrous? i really have no idea.

if you guys have any (easily accessible) ideas, please let me know. i'm desperate.

Are you doing partial or full? With partial you shouldnt feel pain, but it can be uncomfortable. Ive thought about the butane thing aswell, it would work but it can also cause some hallucinations and it is extremely flammable - thats what made me worried, one spark and your room is on fire. I recommend N20 you can get the little chargers for like 10 bucks and the dispensers are around 25
