Honestly I think using actual oxy might be easier to quantify reliably. Bare in mind that fentanyl is just another opioid. It's strong by volume sure but that's all. It's no more likely to successful than oxy, clean heroin or most other opioids in its class. I think F seems appealing partly due to it's notoriety in the press but when you really consider it, it makes little sense to chase it down to use pills with varying unreliable quantity if you can access a more reliably dosed alternative. There are many analogues/opioids stronger by volume than F now too so it's likely some of those are finding there way into pills. Fact of the matter is we just don't know what's in them (even when they test positive for F there could be other active components in there) and as a result we can't say with any degree of certainty how peaceful the experience will be from one batch too another. I mean I would wager it would be peaceful but its just not a certainty.

Pressed Oxy doesn't usually contain oxycodone. If it did there'd be little point in adding fent. Instead it contains the fent as a substitute due to its availability (for criminal particular organisations) and low cost. Therefore the pressed pills are a fraction of the cost of genuine ones. Similarly street heroin (and probably dark net source heroin) is actually cheaper by weight and strength but again, like the pills it's strength is not reliably quantified.

Don't get me wrong, I don't blame OP for going down the pressed/counterfeit M30 route. If I had easy access I would too. I'm not even opposed to H as alternative for me personally. I'm just saying that if a measured approach is desired there is absolutely no reason not to go with genuine oxy or similar. Ironically they're easier to source in sone places though not all of course. I think it's worth noting that your position on the map is a relevant factor in what's obtainable and that in turn might well inform your opioid of choice. Also noteworthy is the reason this method isn't considered as highly as you might expect in the ppeh rating system and that is of course the risk of being bought round if found and the potential implications that could have on your ongoing quality of life and those around you. These risks are present with other methods too and I think it's really important that they're stressed in any kind of compilation of info.

Another factor might be cost but if you're able to afford N (if it were available) then you could afford opioids. Both are illegal but sources for opioids are much more plentiful although that does come with less documented reliability for each one respectively. So I guess any compiled plan would require the consideration of a few opioids/opiates. The result and regemen would be essentially the same. The only variables would be dose and potentially ROA I think. Aside from those of an individual nature for the user

I wil add that there are some opioids I'd steer clear of based on my experience. They would include the likes of codeine phosphate and dihydrocodeine. In my personal experience they're not very nice in high doses (recreationally) and came with dry heaving and discomfort. Also some opioids are sold with another active analgesic ingredient mixed in and I'd rule those out too.

Wouldn't a sudden pivot to M30s or even real Oxy (for example) mean that even more people make themselves vulnerable to being scammed?

It would be a nightmare and impossible to identify scammers if there are dozens of contacts flying around - say a few for each country - opposed to just one (like D) or 3-4 (like SN).

One would hope right...I'd hate to take more and just compound the sick feeling. There was another poster here who survived one and said he was going to take more but last I saw he was still around and never said if he did. I haven't found any info about the details of any of the publicized deaths...did they just swallow a handful? Smoke them? Snort them? Seems like a lot of addicts smoke these. Maybe swallowing them isn't lethal, who knows.

I think the lethal way is to smoke them… I was really hoping to just pop them and have it be done… it's never easy!

Yeah, I think I touched on it briefly, more sources are naturally much harder to verify but on the other side of that coin they're more plentiful and therefore harder to shut down entirely. In all fairness anyone buying anything illegal (for whatever reason) put themselves at risk of being scammed. But obviously not ideal for particularly vulnerable people facing end if life. I would certainly urge anyone considering it not to try to souecw these types of things from people in person unless they already know people and have previous experience.

they can be bought online or you can take them to a safe injection site and they'll test your drugs for you. there are also websites that deal with this sort of thing - canada has a few, and i'd imagine other countries might as well.


i believe this was answered, and smartnm touched on it nicely as well - vendors don't really take great care to distribute the f within the drug. the only reason it's added is bc fent is extremely cheap and it adds more 'bulk' to their product, so they sell more. it could contain a lethal dose, it could not. if op has no opioid tolerance then i'd imagine we're already dangerously close to what would constitute as a lethal dose.


your call - there are differences of course but it shouldn't matter with a fatal dose


you get tired, less receptive to pain, a bit of nausea, confusion, and of course nodding (the trademark of opioids). euphoria is common with other opioids but in my experience it is nonexistent with fent.

it works incredibly fast - i'm speaking within seconds. if you take orally you'll probably feel symptoms coming on, but you almost certainly won't even realize you're going to pass out - maybe in a few minutes? taking by iv, you probably won't even get a chance to take the needle out of your arm lol

fent overdoses really are like falling asleep... they're very peaceful, it's almost shocking to witness


you should probably fast or, at the very least, not eat since opioids work best on an empty stomach. i don't know that an entiemetic is necessary, but it wouldn't hurt... having witnessed fent overdoses, vomiting happens but it isn't that common. even if you vomit, it's very likely you end up choking on that and passing on that way.

those tests only check for the presence of fent as smartnomore noted - it could be one grain of fent, or the pill itself could be pure fent. it's hard to say how much you ought to take, but if you have no tolerance it really shouldn't take much

No people around me are all suffering from some mental or physical illness and they know nothing about it. They are probably stuck in this place and they also complain and take it out on eachother but there is no violence which I am happy for but I feel they re stuck too but they just complain and I don't I was kidding there. She was like we will smother eachother and said are you homeless. I meant I am not homeless but I live with people so we can't have that slumber party at my place. We are safe tho and thank you I know I got people on ss I am thankful for.
