Aside from the expensive makeup for the actors (it can cost up to $500 for one session for one actor!) and the astronomical price cameras that fix any skin blemish with a super computer editor.
Why in every movie do I find two people looking at each other and then falling in love within a minute? (It exists in 99% of Hollywood movies)
Is this really happening here or am I just weird?
Why don't Hollywood movies talk about making marriage plans, balancing the budget, planning for the future, and ensuring the continuity of two parties?

Because "love" sells well. If you're smart, you won't get hung up on it and focus on what really matters in a relationship. Manis Friedman has a good talk on the subject somewhere on YouTube - don't mind the religious part, the rest of it is really right to the point.
