Psychiatry Destroyed My Life

I lost my ability to sleep again and I refuse to go back to a psychiatrist because they ruined my life by continuing to take things away from me for over 20 years. I believe that N or pheno/seco or SN are the only ways that will work for me. I cannot get a weapon because of mental health reasons. Cutting and jumping seem too painful. I take Depakote and Klonopin and also a bunch of hormonal medications so I'm wondering if they will speed up ctb or slow it down. I'm still lost as to how to get any of these meds. I am very open to PAS too but I will likely have a psychotic breakdown due to lack of sleep. Not sure how to proceed but this is urgent to avoid an inpatient hospitalization where they would just try antipsychotics which don't affect me anymore. Please help me if you can.

I appreciate the help, but no medication puts me to sleep besides large amounts of Klonopin which any doctor refuses to up my dose beyond 3 mg. I just want to figure out the proper amounts of SN or other stuff to ctb.

Have you tried ambien? Works wonders for me as flurazepam. Also I'm not a big fan of herbal products but passionflower tea from the herbal store knocks me out, I make it extra song.

Ambien and Ambien CR only worked for maybe a month and that was around 10 years ago. None of the hypnotic / non-benzo drugs work anymore. I'm tolerant to at least 40 different psychiatric medications.

So your quote drug resisting like me. Ambien works one month for me than I switch for flurazepam. And that tea works well, you might have a night or 2 of imnsomia but then it starts to work. Give it a shot!

I take zopiclone and buy online but u get use to it. The 1 thing that completely knocked me out was quetiapine. I'm a bad sleeper but that made me sleep. Had to stop taking it because I work nights and take it before work. Worth a try if haven't had it.

Quetiapine gave me the worst nightmares. And a lot of weight gain.

Join the club. I also suffer from extreme insomnia, I never feel sleepy and I'm often awake for several days in a row. When I try to sleep it's more like daydreaming: your mind is temporarily somewhere else but you don't lose consciousness and you are aware of your surroundings (sound). Last summer I was awake for 2 months, only the last day of may and june I was able to sleep, I was completely exhausted. And hospitalization isn't an option, just makes things worse.
One thing you might try is taking a high dose of mirtazapine (45mg or more) together with a high-fat & sugar meal, this combination makes you feel really drowsy.

Try listening to some boring stuff while sleeping with headphones... U can listen to some crap like philosophy or spiritual talk by any so called " gurus " ... It helps me a lot in falling asleep... This plus ur regular medication may help

I appreciate the help but sleep advice isnt something I'm looking for. No medication or any method works. My neurotransmitters are all destroyed. I want to CTB and need to figure out how to do that before I'm forced to go inpatient.

Try taking a bunch of melatonin. It is the natural chemical in your brain that makes you sleepy.

I really do hope you can solve this problem without the need for suicide, but if you decide to ctb I totally understand. Lack of sleep is no small issue. This can be really damaging for people so I am sorry to see that you are going through this.

Can you share where you buy zopiclone online? I have been getting it directly from doctors, but sometimes they are hesitant to prescribe it, and ends up being a headache process. You can message me as well, whatever works for you. Thanks in advance

Have you tried antihistamines? These are not psych meds but have as side effects severe sleepiness, so you shouldn't have a tolerance to them. You can say that your skin and eyes are itchy and that you are breaking out in hives (please accept my sincere apologies to those suffering from real allergies).

It's uksleepingpills.com. I think they only deliver to UK and a few other places. You can ask them they might have changed now. Zopiclone was great but like owt else, you get use to it and don't get same effect.

My sleep situation is getting worse. I tried the Fisher Wallace Stimulator with no success. Also, I'm not sure if it's just an issue due to scanning but I don't see SN in the latest PP handbook. I'm pretty desperate since nothing works. I don't think I'll be able to make it to a sleep study appointment and they're not going to give me more Klonopin. Xyrem might work too but that's only for people with cataplexy/narcolepsy and is over 10k per month. They probably will give me antipsychotics which don't work on me. Also, I only have SN coming in a couple of days. I have 60 mg of Klonopin at least. I ordered some medication to prevent me from puking but it will take up to 2 months to reach me. I can't wait that long. Is SN and Klonopin good enough? Do I need alcohol? If so, what kind would be best?
