This seems like the perfect method for me.. Just go to a bridge, tie the rope on the hand rail or guard rail and jump... Just make sure to use a strong rope and make sure it's long enough.. but even if it's too long that would be OK, there would just be a decapitation, which would make surviving impossible...

Which would be the best knots to use?.. the classic hang man's noose or a slipknot, or possibly other knots?..

I suppose the knot is completely irrelevant at this point. I also considered this, but I'm afraid of still being conscious after decapitation, even if just for a few moments..

Buy a climbing rope if you do this, they're certified to hold tons..

Thanks for the advice... I think I'd be OK with being conscious a few seconds after decapitation, as long as there was no pain involved
