Venting loneliness is driving me to cbt

For my entire life, i never had anyone else but my parents. Whenever i have problems, I dont have anyone to run to besides them. Theyve been helpful, sure. But even they have limits as to what they can do for me. Its tiring them so much, and I dont want to become more of a bother.

I just wish to have a friend group filled with a bunch of people i consider close. But knowing my circumstances, its not possible for me.

I made some friends online, but it cant replicate the physical closeness one can have with real life friendships. So during my lowest points, i only have myself.

I dont think ill last for more than 5 years honestly. If my path in life will stay the same, then theres no point living a life of utter loneliness.
