Living a lie

I've decided to ctb so long ago now. Yesterday was the closest I'd gotten. I thought I wouldn't be able to hide it because of the method I choose but I chickened out came back home and nothing happened. I've been lying about everythin to everyone for so long I think I don't know the truth anymore. I don't even think I'm me anymore. Or maybe I never was. Just wanted to say this.

I'm sorry you went through this. You must feel on a rollercoaster of emotions right now. Made even more tubulent because you don't feel like you can tell the people closest to you. I hope you can take some time to try to relax and be kind to yourself. And- people here at least will be open I'm sure if you need to vent.

I'm sorry you're feeling so lost. It's a huge thing any attempt/steps towards one and can leave you with lots of emotions, conflicting ones too. I know it's so isolating and confusing when you've got this huge thing to process on your own but life around you moves on and you've got to pretend everything is ok.

I relate to what you said so much… I've been "living" (more like surviving) like this for so long that things just start to get all mixed up and I lost any sense of identity or reality… I wish it would be as simple as sleeping and never waking up again
