I'm prescribed lithium so have good access to a high amount of it. I looked it up and found ODing on it isn't pleasant or reliable but was wandering if there is anything I could add to the mix to make it more effective?

Not sure if this is a stupid question but if there us anything I have a preference to anything easy to obtain/legal (in UK).

I've done it. You have a higher chance of ending up brain damaged than dead and you'll just vomit your guts out. Find a different method.
