Medication ODs are notoriously unpredictable. Most people end up living and rusk permanent damage.

As others say, ODs are notoriously unreliable and unpredictable. None of your medications are opioids or barbiturates which have historically been used to overdose on and as a result are harder to obtain nowadays. You do have a tricyclic antidepressant in there (doxepin), which is similar to amitriptyline, but I wouldn't recommend it either due to the lack of study on its effects. Notably, amitriptyline does not guarantee a reliable exit either.

I advice you to not try a method that you aren't certain would work. The damage after a falied attempt is usually really bad.

phenobarbital is a slow-acting barbiturate. In sufficient dosage, it'll get the job done, but it will be slow and agonising.

I was thinking of trying a "cocktail" as close to MAID as possible

Yeah - I guess it just proves how screwed up I am
It's like comparing green to blue. They're both colours, but wildly different. barbiturates are a wide class with varying effects.

How does a fentanyl or Oxy OD compare to the big boss Pentobarbital if taken orally?

Or GHB?

Fentanyl in sufficient quantity provides a great and simple OD experience. The thing is, medical grade fentanyl is very diluted and hard to overdose on. Street fentanyl is expensive and often 'cut' with different things, and it's hard to measure how many mg of fentanyl you are ingesting. Oxycodone is much weaker than fentanyl. It can be overdosed on, but you'll need quite a few pills. If successful, the whole experience is less painful than SN, but there are serious side effects if the overdose fails to kill you, due to the lack of oxygen flow to the brain.
