ligature strangulation successes?

Ligature strangulation is pretty convenient and accessible, so I feel like it should be a much more common method to be talked about. But despite this, I rarely ever see any posts on here talking about it at all. On top of the little posts there are, most of them are completely negative. And I get it wouldn't make sense for someone to post saying ligature strangulation worked for them (because theyd be dead) but like, shouldn't there be at least more people trying it if it works? If that makes sense.

Should I just let go of my hopes and find a better method? I'm just too pussy for hanging.

I'm in the same position, it really seemed like a legit method but I've seen so many negative comments about it. It's the only method I could actually access, and just like you, I'm too much of a coward to try hanging.
Apparently even the author ended up saying that this method is bullshit and settled for full suspension hanging

Have you read about the plastic bag and sedatives method, I read it in five last acts , it seems easy if done correctly, do you think it would really work??

I think the answer is, if you have access to ligature strangulation you also likely have access to PSH or FSH and those are much more reliable so people don't bother doing that
But I'm also not 100% sure in this

If I may ask what's the difference between ligature strangulation and psh? I thought they were the same thing.
