You can wander around but there's nothing to do. The stuff that's available is shit. If people weren't distracted by work, they'd realize adulthood is empty.

I often feel similarly to this. Life sometimes feels buggy and incomplete, like how you mentioned there being not much to do. I have tried to combat this problem with getting invested in my hobbies and the people around me. It isn't perfect, and I still feel like shit whenever I'm alone, and I still feel empty a lot of the time, but it helps.
