i know medication od can be really unpleasant, i honestly don't plan to immediately od but i kind of just want to get through tonight, i wanna know what amount should kill me so i don't go over that limit yet. i have some things to do before i die. I just need the numbers

Here is a reddit guide to tripping with diphenhydramin (benadryl).

The lethal does of DPH is estimated to be 20-40mg/kg.

I've heard that any dose over 500mg can be lethal. But it honestly depends on so many factors (age, height, weight, tolerance, blah) that you can't really give a set number on how much is too much. I'm obviously not a doctor, but I'd be careful dude.

Do not use Benadryl or DPH to attempt suicide.

the amount of people asking about OTC methods makes me wonder if they understand why its OTC and why some things require a prescription
