Oh, I'm terribly sorry. Could you detail how the experience was?
Yeah, I made this thread last night, took 3 melatonin pills and waited for them to kick in, in that time I texted my best friend/crush telling her I loved her, sent one last (or so I thought) selfie to my brother, and took my stuff into the bathroom, it was in total: some tape, my regular and body pillow, two blankets, a grill with charcoal, a noose and a statue of the Buddha to look after me (I'm Buddhist) and a prewritten note detailing aspirations I had in life, telling my friends and family I loved them and a very important message at the bottom that if my body was found soon, I didn't want to go organ donation. I walked into the bathroom with this stuff, made myself a bed in my bathtub, taped up the vents and door and lit my grill on the toilet. At this point I was tired as fuck so I basically passed out from the melatonin, in a daze I completely forgot to put the noose up and Woke up around 4 with a HUGE headache and the grill done putting out anything. Immediately thought that I needed to hide everything again and started rushing to do that, actually in tears. Head still hurts a bit. Can someone give me more detailed information on how charcoal method works, preferably in depth?

When I lit it, it immediately started smoking but I didn't think anything of it. Just went to sleep.

How much charcoal did you use? and just curious, what brand too? Looks like you did almost everything right though... maybe the charcoals were not well lit.

It may help to create a sort of tent around yourself and the charcoal? Like a larger exit bag, maybe. It sounds like there was just enough oxygen to keep you alive, while the strain to breathe and send oxygen to your brain gave you a painful headache. The method itself is very risky of failure, as I'm sure you're aware, since you combined it with melatonin. More CO and a more toxic cocktail may be the keys to seeing this method through.

Probably about 25 or 30 so coals. Kingsford Original charcoal Briquettes would've used more but it wouldn't fit in my grill, think I might buy another one to amp it up. Maybe even 3. Do not want to risk brain damage.currenty considering buying chemicals to make hydrogen sulfide, but idk. Do you guys know if hydrogen sulfide is painful?

Should I try to get a CO detector? Would rather my parents not know about any of this, don't really know how I could hide on from them or how I could make something up about needing one.

I don't know if it's more painful but I higher concentrations can be reached more easily. Yeah maybe another grill will make it work, I heard around 45 pieces is 1 kg, which is usuay the amount used in others who tested. Good thing all you got is a slight headache, the CO produced must have been very low.

Would be better to grab one if you easily can, to make sure that the attempt actually works next time. But it'll look really weird though, if it has to go through your parents.

I've read H2S is extremely painful but given enough ppm (parts per million) in the air, it can be fast.
