Hi everyone. Ill get straight into it. I've given myself a bit of time to sort everything out. Ive been thinking about inert gas for a while and that sounds pretty peaceful just wondering what supplies i would need? Would nitrous work? Any alternatives that would be easy? I dont have a lot of money so im just looking at the best way to approach this on a budget. I have a lot of anxiety and I'm terrified of messing it up and ending up worse if i get too stressed out and try to stop it. Thank you so much for your time ❤

Exit bags are pretty economical and very effective if done right. Nitrous can work but helium and nitrogen are more effective. All you really need is a rebreather mask, some tubing, and a canister set to a comfortable breathing pressure. Just make sure you're getting pure chemical with no fillers.
