Well, you can look up on youtube how to record a video on your phone. You might need to state whether you're on android or iphone when searching.

I hope you can appreciate that it makes it more difficult to assess what is going on if we can't see or hear it ourselves.

However, I still feel that perhaps the solution might be the one I suggested earlier.

Love is a far greater power than the attempted use of any force.
Their attacks will eventually be forced to crumble if you use your own inner power to hold a state of love.
Even if their use of force causes your body to die, they won't have won anything, because we are spiritual beings, and you won't lose anything through the death of your body, whereas they are meanwhile worsening their spiritual state by not practising love, so you will still end up the victor....

So I suggest holding a state of unconditional love towards your attackers.
I believe this will bring healing to the situation....

Well for the method to be successful, it requires you to connect with your spiritual power, and manifest from there.

Clearly, that is no small undertaking. But fundamentally, the principles are sound, albeit very demanding.

However, ultimately you have to weigh things up of course.....

Have you ever taken anti-psychotics? Would you consider doing so?

There's a *chance* that they may make these things you're experiencing go away.

Even if you don't believe they'll work, you can't say that for sure, and considering how much you are suffering, is it not worth trying them just to see?
