HI Juan, I wouldn't recommend sending it anywhere out of the USA. A seems like the real deal, and it's easier for him to send the original as he receives it from the supplier/manufacturer. As long as they arrived in their sealed glass bottles, you can be sure it's the correct potency.
You can do the sleep test if you like but I would only do that shortly before I planned on drinking it all and CTB, as exposing it to air means it will degrade far quicker than if it was sealed and stored.
You can google to see what a good sleeping pill dose of pentobarbital is and convert to milliliters based on each 100ml containing 6,15mg of pento.
