NSFW Kinda dumb and weird question

This is kinda gruesome and hypothetical question, but if you hang and nobody finds the body, could it happen that after some time it gets decapitated from the gravity and friction? And if so how much time do you think it could take? I guess if it happens there would be little to no bleeding since the blood would already be at the bottom of the body for the gravity. Just a funny question that popped into my head since it will take months to find me. Thank youu!

The corpse will not be decapitated; there are several photos of hanged bodies already in a very advanced state of decomposition, and the head is still in place.

The only way you could decapitate yourself is with the Drop Hanging method... and that would be very difficult to achieve. If it has happened, it was due to an error during the executions, where the calculations for carrying it out went wrong.
