Keep getting a security error when loading page

Can someone tell me what is going on? It's really hard to post anything because I keep getting issues. It keeps saying page could not be loaded. Security error or something. Just keeps happening so frequent it's getting annoying to even post.

It happens sometimes. Maybe others can post if their having the same problem if they can get through. It rarely goes longer than a day when it does happen.

It's just a thing that happens sometimes, but it'll clear up. It rarely lasts too long.

I have a weird bug where I have to refresh the page before posting, otherwise it never goes through.

It's not a once in a while thing. It's non-stop.
Getting to the point where this is more trouble than it's worth
